Working Student - Business / Founder's Associate (m/w/d)

We are accelerating our commercial expansion and need an entrepreneurial operator to test growth hypotheses and scale outbound initiatives rapidly. Without you driving commercial experimentation and AI-powered workflows, founder bandwidth becomes the bottleneck to testing new markets.

Direct ownership of our commercial execution, growth testing, and workflow automation.

• Drive end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) execution and outbound sales campaigns.
• Research, test, and validate new growth and acquisition channels independently.
• Partner directly with the founders on ad-hoc strategic projects, partnerships, and business initiatives.
• Implement modern Generative AI and CRM tools to automate commercial workflows.
• Experiment rapidly with novel sales approaches and commercial playbooks.

• Enrolled university student (e.g., Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
• Fluent in German at a native or professional level (C1/C2 required).
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and practical workflow automation.
• Prior startup, business development, or sales experience from past internships.
• Strong bias for execution ('Be bold & execute') and high tolerance for ambiguity.
• Available ~20 hours per week on-site at the Merantix AI Campus in Berlin.
