Because career support shouldn’t be a luxury. The companies you’ll meet through Bloom fund the access for everyone else.

Why is it free for candidates?
Because the people we represent should never wonder whose side we are on. Companies pay us, once, only when they hire, and that is the only revenue we want.
What does the company fee look like?
10% of the hire’s first-year salary, about half what most agencies charge. No retainer, no volume contract, no surprise add-ons. If Atlas doesn’t introduce the person you hire, you don’t pay. If a hire leaves or is dismissed within the first three months, you get a full refund.
What about contractors or freelancers?
Same shape, different base: 10% of the contractor’s total compensation over the first 12 months.
What if we’re already talking to a candidate Atlas introduces?
No fee. If you were already in conversation with someone before Atlas surfaced them, that hire is yours, not ours.
Are my conversations private?
Yes. Bloom never shares what you tell her without your explicit consent. See the privacy page for the full posture.
What if I am not actively looking?
Most of the people we work best with aren't. We take our time. The relationship starts long before the move.
