UX Researcher & Designer

We recently shipped an early prototype of our core platform and now need dedicated UX leadership to validate and refine our direction. Without this dual-hat role, we cannot systematically run the research cycles and rapid UI iterations necessary to protect users from trust-based threats.

Full end-to-end ownership of UX research, interaction design, and UI execution across both consumer web and B2B SaaS interfaces.

• Design, execute, and analyze qualitative user interviews and quantitative usability studies.
• Rapidly prototype interactive web interfaces leveraging AI-assisted design tooling and Figma AI.
• Formulate sharp product hypotheses and run continuous test-validate-learn cycles.
• Analyze behavioral data and product analytics to directly inform interface iterations.
• Partner closely with our Berlin engineering team to evolve the product from prototype to product-market fit.

• Proven track record designing consumer web interfaces and B2B SaaS tools in early-stage startups.
• Experienced running hands-on qualitative interviews and quantitative usability studies.
• High-velocity prototyper adept with modern interaction design and AI-assisted workflows.
• Data-fluent designer skilled in using analytics to validate behavioral hypotheses.
• Thrives in zero-to-one ambiguity with extreme autonomy and high agency.

The operating rhythm centres on rapid feedback loops, pairing short daily syncs with weekly live syncs to stay closely aligned. Decisions are driven by data and hypothesis testing rather than top-down decree.
