As our Technical Project Lead for Agentic AI in Berlin or Munich, you will bridge deep technical architecture and Mittelstand business processes to deploy live, multi-agent systems.

You will own the technical delivery bridge, translating complex business processes into robust multi-agent architectures that generate real, measurable value.

What you'll do
Complete technical and delivery ownership of agentic AI implementation projects from initial scoping to live production.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- 3-8 years leading technical implementations in enterprise consulting, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed roles.
- Hands-on programming ability (ideally Python), API integration skills, and deep familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangGraph.
- Solid grasp of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise IT security, identities, and interfaces.
- Pragmatic operator who navigates Mittelstand business logic as smoothly as technical architecture discussions.
- Professional fluency in German (C1/C2) and strong English communication skills.
