Senior Software Engineer

To meet accelerating enterprise demand across Germany, we are scaling our engineering squads in Berlin and Munich. You will own the translation of high-stakes business requirements into resilient architectures, ensuring state-of-the-art AI systems reliably run in production.

Full technical ownership of client engagements from initial architectural system design to scalable production deployment.

• Lead end-to-end software architecture and system design for complex, AI-driven enterprise solutions.
• Develop high-performance, scalable backend services and data integrations primarily in Python.
• Deploy robust cloud-native infrastructure across modern cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Interface directly with client stakeholders to translate complex business needs into pragmatic technical solutions.
• Mentor peers within an agile squad of 8–10 engineers, championing modern engineering standards.
• Implement cutting-edge AI, GenAI, and RAG architectures to unlock direct business value for clients.

• Proven track record designing and delivering production-grade software systems in Python.
• Hands-on expertise building cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Seasoned in system design and leading end-to-end scalable deployments.
• Strong technical consulting and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments.
• Collaborative teammate who actively shares knowledge and mentors other engineers.
• Fluent in English with the ability to lead deep architectural discussions.
