Why this role matters

We have built a powerful AI-native platform for the energy sector, and now we need an ambitious operator to spin up our outbound sales engine from scratch. Focused purely on booking high-quality demos, you will lay the groundwork for our entire sales organization. Succeeding here means you are first in line to lead our SDR team or transition into a Key Account Manager (KAM) role as our commercial division grows.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

You will own the end-to-end execution of our outbound sales and lead generation engine, proving the model before stepping into leadership or key account management as the team grows.

  • Pick up the phone and execute cold outreach to book qualified demos with German industrial SMEs.
  • Work with our existing sales script, mastering it before iterating and developing new messaging angles.
  • Source high-quality leads and map out the target landscape of business energy consumers.
  • Manage prospect pipelines diligently within our CRM tool.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (open to full-time, working students, or 6-month interns).
  • Fluent in German (native/near-native level) with exceptional communication skills; other languages are a bonus but not required.
  • Driven self-starter who is genuinely excited to make phone calls and own outbound prospecting.
  • Ambitious builder looking for a role that can rapidly evolve into a Head of SDR or Key Account Manager (KAM) position.
  • Analytical thinker comfortable learning modern CRM and workflow tools to optimize daily outreach.
