Product Manager (f/m/d)

Following our recent seed financing and rapid inbound enterprise demand, our founders need a dedicated product leader to translate domain complexity into scalable software. You will bridge the gap between our engineering team, internal energy trading experts, and industrial clients to establish the foundation of our product organization.

You will own the entire product roadmap and lifecycle from zero-to-one delivery to workflow instrumentation.

• Own the core product roadmap, prioritizing features ruthlessly and defining clear, detailed specifications.
• Run continuous discovery with industrial enterprise clients and internal energy portfolio managers to uncover critical operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design from initial wireframes and interactive prototypes through to release.
• Integrate agentic and AI-assisted workflows that automate heavy energy operations while ensuring strict human oversight and control.
• Define pricing, packaging, and commercial positioning in close partnership with company leadership.
• Instrument core workflow telemetry, track adoption and retention metrics, and deprecate underperforming features.

• 4+ years of product management experience shipping tech products.
• Proven track record launching enterprise software 0-to-1 to paying business customers.
• Background in precision-critical domains like energy, commodities, trading, ERP, or fintech.
• Hands-on skills in software design, wireframing, and prototyping in Figma.
• Comfortable writing SQL queries independently to validate data models and user metrics.
• Experience with or deep practical understanding of agentic and AI-driven workflows.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a strong operational advantage.
