Product Engineer (m/f/d)

You will own the lifecycle of major features from initial user discovery calls to production deployment and monitoring.

• Design and deploy complex, multi-agent workflows and LLM evaluation harnesses using Python, Kotlin (Spring Boot), and TypeScript (React/Next.js).
• Bridge the gap between engineering and product by sitting on customer calls and running rapid user testing sessions to shape the product roadmap.
• Craft intuitive user interfaces that translate complex AI-driven data structures into clear, actionable dashboards.
• Take full operational responsibility for the health and performance of your shipped code in our production environment.
• Build, test, and benchmark our proprietary AI agents against expert human baselines to ensure enterprise-grade accuracy.

• Built and shipped production software for 3-6 years, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments.
• Possess hands-on experience building agentic systems or complex LLM workflows (including side projects) with a focus on tools and evaluations.
• Develop daily using AI-native coding workflows and tools like Cursor and Claude to ship code faster.
• Maintain strong full-stack capabilities across Kotlin (JVM), TypeScript, and Python.
• Bring a sharp eye for UI/UX design and a deep empathy for the end-user's experience.
• Based in Europe, ready to work hybrid in Berlin, with fluent English (German is a strong plus).

A highly collaborative, fast-moving team of 11 working hybrid in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg). They make rapid, low-friction decisions at the whiteboard, avoiding long meetings and politics. Small sub-teams of 2 to 3 engineers build and deploy continuously. Social connection is highly valued, with the team regularly sharing lunches and spending time together. Every engineer takes complete operational ownership of their shipped code in production.
