Healthcare Solutions Engineer (m/w/d)

You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI automation agents and legacy hospital infrastructures, building the technical pipes that directly relieve doctors from administrative burnout. Working side-by-side with our founders in Berlin, you’ll turn complex clinical environments into playgrounds for modern AI integration.

Why this role matters

Legacy Hospital Information Systems (KIS) are notoriously difficult to integrate with, yet relieving the administrative burden on doctors is the most urgent challenge in healthcare today. As our first Healthcare Solutions Engineer, you will build the SDKs, APIs, and hybrid cloud connections that allow our AI-based UI automation agents to run seamlessly inside clinics. Without you, our breakthrough AI remains isolated; with your work, it becomes a core part of daily hospital operations across Germany.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

The complete integration and deployment lifecycle of our AI solutions within complex hospital IT environments.

  • Build and maintain robust SDKs and software libraries that allow easy integration with legacy Hospital Information Systems (KIS).
  • Design and deploy secure Hybrid Cloud setups, establishing reliable Site-to-Site VPN connections between clinics and our cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop and automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD, scripting, and system administration best practices for Windows client-server environments.
  • Collaborate directly with clinical IT departments and our core development team to map workflows using HL7 and FHIR standards.
  • Engineer integrations for our AI-based UI automation agents, ensuring they interact flawlessly with existing clinical software.

The first 90 days

What success looks like

  1. Month 1

    You will dive deep into our AI UI automation agent's codebase, map out our current SDK architecture, and shadow the founders on technical calls with our first hospital IT partners.

  2. Month 2–3

    You will take full ownership of the SDK development pipeline, ship your first production-ready API integration, and successfully configure a secure Site-to-Site VPN with a partner clinic.

  3. By end of Q1

    You will have established a standardized, repeatable deployment playbook that slashes our clinic onboarding time in half, with our AI running stably across multiple Windows-based hospital environments.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

  • Experienced in building developer-facing SDKs and robust software libraries from scratch.
  • Deeply familiar with Windows client-server environments and practical system administration.
  • Strong scripting skills and hands-on experience with modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficient in hybrid cloud networking, specifically configuring secure Site-to-Site VPNs.
  • Excellent communicator in both German and English, comfortable guiding clinical IT leads.
  • Willing to travel occasionally within Germany to work directly with our hospital partners.
