We are giving an entrepreneurial commercial leader the keys to build our brand-new energy sales division from the ground up, driving direct market expansion and reporting straight to the CEO.

Without this role, we cannot establish the pipeline, negotiate the complex structures, or feedback crucial market insights to guide our technical roadmap. By taking this seat, you will directly shape our market footprint and ensure our product development is perfectly aligned with commercial demand.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

You will own the end-to-end commercial strategy, pipeline development, team scaling, and the commercial-to-product feedback loop for our new industrial energy supplier division.

  • Establish and execute the overarching commercial GTM strategy for our direct-to-market energy supplier interface.
  • Structure, negotiate, and close complex B2B commercial contracts with industrial energy buyers.
  • Build and manage the initial sales pipeline from zero, leveraging your existing networks in the energy sector.
  • Gather direct commercial insights and customer feedback from the field to actively shape product development and feature roadmap.
  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing team of 2-3 sales representatives to accelerate market penetration.
  • Drive the commercial strategy across trading, pricing, forecasting, and portfolio control in close collaboration with the CEO.
