GTM Engineer
We are building a high-growth Berlin-based technology startup, and we are looking for an engineering generalist who refuses to be boxed into traditional software development siloes. This is your chance to step up as our first GTM Engineer and write the technical playbook for our entire growth engine from scratch.

As our first GTM Engineer reporting directly to the hiring manager, you will bridge the gap between engineering and growth by designing the custom pipelines that power our business development. Responsibilities
What you'll do
You will own our entire technical go-to-market architecture, translating growth strategies into automated, high-performing pipeline systems.
- Design and implement our core CRM architecture to serve as a single source of truth for all sales and business development activities.
- Build custom API integrations and data pipelines to connect disparate growth tools, ensuring we are never limited by native platform constraints.
- Own and optimize our go-to-market channels, leveraging growth hacking techniques to scale our sales development capabilities.
- Architect, test, and ship automated workflows that eliminate manual overhead for our business development team.
- Establish telemetry and tracking across all GTM systems to deliver clean, actionable performance data directly to leadership.
The first 90 days
What success looks like
Month 1
You will deeply analyze our current CRM setup, map out our existing GTM channels, and align with the hiring manager on our core weekly milestones. You'll ship your first custom integration to resolve our most pressing data bottleneck.
Month 2–3
You will take full end-to-end ownership of our CRM architecture and deploy custom API integrations that unite our growth stack. You will run automated sales development experiments and optimize our outreach infrastructure.
By end of Q1
You will have established a fully integrated, automated, and scalable GTM engine that operates with minimal manual intervention. Our business development team will be fully aligned around a reliable, data-backed outbound system that accelerates our pipeline growth.
