Overview
Role overview
We are looking for our first GTM Engineer to join the company in Berlin. In this role, you will report directly to the hiring manager and take full ownership of our go-to-market channels and CRM systems to scale our operations and accelerate growth. This is a highly autonomous, hybrid role for an engineering generalist who enjoys building from scratch and dislikes being boxed into narrow, single-tool tasks.
Requirements
Proven track record in GTM engineering, managing GTM channels, and designing CRM architectures. Tool-agnostic approach with deep capability in custom API integrations. Ability to thrive in a self-driven environment with weekly structured milestones.
