Our client operates as a high-impact growth consultancy and SWAT team for leading European tech unicorns. We are expanding our commercial marketing team to conduct deep operational audits and execute full-funnel acquisition systems for ambitious B2B and B2C scale-ups across Europe and the UK.

Full-funnel growth marketing strategy, performance execution, and technical infrastructure across dynamic client engagements.

• Lead high-visibility marketing engagements with direct access to client C-level executives.
• Audit client acquisition channels, unit economics, tech stacks, and tracking infrastructure to identify growth levers.
• Build and scale multi-channel performance campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit).
• Optimize conversion rates, CRM architectures, and lifecycle marketing funnels for measurable commercial impact.
• Deploy AI-native workflows and automated GenAI tools to accelerate creative testing and bidding optimization.
• Partner cross-functionally with data and tech specialists while embedding on-site with client teams across Europe.

• Mid-level growth marketer with high-pace agency, consultancy, or scale-up experience.
• Hands-on master of Google Ads, Paid Social (Meta/TikTok/Snapchat/Reddit), and CRO.
• Data-fluent in tracking, attribution modeling, analytics, and closed-loop optimization.
• Experienced in deploying AI tools and marketing automation to scale output.
• Confident stakeholder communicator capable of presenting directly to executive teams.
• Fluent in English and German (C1 minimum) and willing to travel.
