Founding Engineer

Local businesses are stuck juggling fragmented, outdated software. We are building the single multimodal interface and operating system powered by agentic AI to automate their workflows and drive bottom-line profits. Joining as Employee #3/#4 means architecting foundational systems right alongside the founders from day zero.

You will own core product architecture end-to-end across autonomous browser automation pipelines and full-stack systems.

• Architect reliable browser automation and computer-use agent pipelines using Playwright and Puppeteer.
• Design and deploy multi-agent orchestration systems and context management workflows.
• Build full-stack features and data models primarily in Python, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and ship complete products from initial concept to production in half a day.
• Help set foundational engineering practices and technical standards for our core team.

• 1+ years of full-time professional software engineering experience shipping real systems.
• Proven builder track record: you love shipping side projects, open source, or AI tools end-to-end.
• High raw horsepower and learning velocity with strong computer science fundamentals.
• Full-stack proficiency with deep backend strength in Python, TypeScript, and cloud architecture.
• Strong bias for speed, radical candor, and strong opinions loosely held.
• Able and excited to work in-person from our hacker house in Bonn, Germany.
