Founders Associate
We are a fast-growing Berlin-based B2B healthcare SaaS company looking for a high-leverage Founders Associate to act as the direct strategic and operational co-pilot to our CEO and Operations Lead.

As we rapidly scale our B2B healthcare SaaS platform, the executive team needs an agile operator who can translate high-level strategy into automated, scalable execution. In this role, you will eliminate operational bottlenecks across finance, tooling, and strategic initiatives to sustain our growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
Direct ownership of critical operational, financial, and strategic workflows across the entire company.
- Lead and manage recurring finance and controlling workflows to ensure clear visibility into business performance.
- Build and maintain no-code and low-code process automations using tools like Make and n8n.
- Optimize and run core business tools, including HubSpot CRM and AI-assisted workflows using Claude Code.
- Drive high-impact special strategic projects end-to-end alongside the CEO and Operations Lead.
- Coordinate internal HR, recruiting, and core company administration initiatives.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- Degree holder from a top-tier university with a strong analytical foundation.
- Experienced in high-growth startups, management consulting, venture building, or VC.
- Pragmatic builder comfortable executing complex projects autonomously in ambiguous environments.
- Skilled in process automation and CRM management (Make, n8n, HubSpot).
- Fluent bilingual communicator in German (C1+) and English (C1+).
