Forward-Deployed Software Engineer (Deployments)
We are a Zurich-based technology startup building the next generation of AI Coworkers that automate repetitive workflows for logistics and operations departments. You will step out of the isolated sandbox and onto the factory floor, directly building, shipping, and running the AI systems that manage customer operations in real time.

Responsibilities
What you'll do
You will own the end-to-end technical deployment, integration, and operational success of our AI Coworkers at client sites.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- Fullstack Developer: Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript for rapid, reliable prototyping.
- GenAI Builder: Proven experience building and running GenAI proof-of-concepts and AI agents end-to-end.
- Integration Expert: Strong understanding of systems, APIs, data pipelines, and ERP/CRM integrations.
- Pragmatic Shipper: Guided by an 80/20 instinct to ship high-impact solutions quickly.
- Customer-Facing Engineer: Comfortable scoping technical requirements directly with clients and traveling regularly across the DACH region.
- Bilingual Communicator: Professional fluency in English and C1+ German (Swiss German is a major plus).
