Creative Technologist
We are a bootstrapped technology and consulting studio in Stuttgart bridging high-level strategic advisory and hands-on execution. Instead of delivering slide decks, we build working software and prototypes that ship immediately.

Why this role matters
In almost every client engagement, there is a gap between strategic vision and technical reality—someone needs to turn abstract ideas into functional systems. We are bringing on a Creative Technologist to lead high-stakes technical consulting, prototype solutions on the fly, and transform recurring client problems into standalone internal products and AI workflows.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
You will own the technical architecture, live prototyping, and productization across client engagements and internal tooling.
- Lead technical consulting and architectural sparring in client workshops with marketing, IT, and procurement stakeholders.
- Build fast, working prototypes between meetings to validate feasibility directly in code instead of slides.
- Develop and scale internal and client-facing products using modern web, cloud, and AI stacks (TypeScript, React, Firebase, Google Cloud, and LLM agents via Anthropic).
- Embed GenAI and agent workflows directly into recurring operational processes like briefing, research, and reporting.
- Architect internal systems, automation, and knowledge infrastructure to turn our organization into a technological blueprint.
- Evaluate technical trade-offs to decide what systems we build in-house versus buy off the shelf.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- Proven track record independently building modern web and cloud applications (TypeScript, React, Backend/Cloud).
- Strong consultative instincts—comfortable evaluating feasibility and pushing back on senior stakeholders with a clear "no".
- Hands-on experience integrating GenAI APIs, cloud architectures, and agent frameworks.
- Highly pragmatic operator who thrives in a self-directed, bootstrapped startup environment with ambiguity.
- Fluent in German (C1/C2) for client engagements, with strong English for technical documentation.
- Based in or around the Stuttgart area (0711 dial code region).
