We are looking for an entrepreneurial builder to bridge the gap between complex AI capabilities and the real-world operational challenges of German manufacturing and heavy industry.

While industrial companies face immense pressure to adopt AI, most struggle to bridge the gap between proof-of-concept and physical production. In this role, you will build on our existing reference cases in the manufacturing sector, translating industrial pain points into high-impact AI strategies and shaping how the German Mittelstand modernizes its core operations.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

You will own the entire lifecycle of industrial client relationships, from initial consultative discovery through solution design and ultimate delivery handover.

Candidate profile

Who this is a fit for

• You have 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, account management, or B2B enterprise technology consulting. • You possess a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial operations, and German Mittelstand transformation challenges. • You bring an existing, credible network of relationships within the German manufacturing and industrial sectors. • You are fully bilingual with professional-level written and spoken communication skills in both German and English. • You demonstrate a genuine curiosity for emerging AI technologies and their practical, ethical industrial applications.
