As Chief of Staff, you are the connective tissue between executive leadership, founder associates, and the broader organisation, ensuring every high-stakes project closes with flawless quality.

Complete operational leverage and systems design across the executive office.

• Orchestrate the CEO office by directing two Executive Assistants and one Personal Assistant to guarantee flawless daily execution.
• Draft polished, highly contextualised communications in the CEO's voice to top-tier founders, LPs, and ecosystem leaders.
• Build and maintain automated workflows and operational systems across executive and organizational touchpoints.
• Enforce deep-work protection, calendar hygiene, and rigorous daily and weekly review rhythms.
• Drive strategic execution across fundraising operations, due diligence memos, and ecosystem initiatives.

• Background in Chief of Staff roles, strategic operations, MBB consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech.
• Proven track record of turning operational chaos into structured, automated workflows.
• Exceptional written English communication with high-calibre executive presence and taste (German is a plus).
• Intellectually curious with extreme resilience and an appetite for high-velocity environments.
• High ethical standards with demonstrated discretion managing sensitive and confidential information.
