AI Transformation Manager

Enterprises are stuck between endless AI proofs-of-concept and genuine operational scaling. You will serve as the strategic sparring partner to executive leaders, unlocking real business value by turning lighthouse initiatives into enterprise-wide AI capabilities. Without you, ambitious AI roadmaps remain theoretical prototypes rather than scaled transformations.

You will own the end-to-end execution of enterprise AI transformations, commercial account growth, and internal practice development.

• Steer end-to-end AI transformation programs from initial lighthouse use cases to company-wide adoption across Mittelstand and enterprise clients.
• Drive key account expansion, proposal writing, and pre-sales engagements alongside our sales and technical squads.
• Manage executive stakeholders and lead change management initiatives to embed long-term AI capabilities in client organizations.
• Build and publish thought leadership, shaping the public discourse around applied AI trends, feasibility, and adoption pathways.
• Evolve our AI transformation playbooks, methodologies, and delivery frameworks to continuously sharpen our market offering.
• Mentor cross-functional project teams consisting of AI strategists, researchers, and delivery leads.

• 8+ years in management consulting, boutique advisory, enterprise tech, or AI-driven environments.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional organizational and technical transformation programs.
• Deep fluency in machine learning concepts, feasibility assessments, and AI operating models.
• Experienced in consultative pre-sales, client proposal creation, and executive stakeholder sparring.
• Skilled change manager with hands-on experience guiding Mittelstand and large enterprises.
• Fully fluent in both German and English (business-level communication).
