Bloom (chat)
The chat companion isn't a route, it's an overlay you can open from any page via the floating Bloom button. We treat it as a page in its own right because it carries the heaviest part of the experience: the conversation that decides what happens next.

Once the visitor opts in, Bloom hands the thread off to a real WhatsApp conversation, that's where the long-arc relationship actually lives. It's the only place the funnel intentionally leaves the site.
