Talent Acquisition Intern

Hiring is the single biggest lever for our growth as we scale our operations. In this role, you are not just scheduling interviews; you are strategically sourcing the high-performers who will build our future, meaning every great person you bring in directly accelerates our company's trajectory in real-time.

You will own the candidate pipeline end-to-end, acting as the primary ambassador for our brand and keeping our recruitment machine running at peak velocity.

• Hunt for top-tier talent on LinkedIn and alternative channels using creative, high-conversion outreach strategies.
• Manage the entire candidate experience, keeping communication rapid, warm, and highly professional.
• Coordinate complex interview loops seamlessly within our Applicant Tracking System (Personio).
• Screen incoming applications and conduct initial phone evaluations to identify candidates who match our high-performance culture.
• Optimize our recruiting operations by keeping clean pipeline data and identifying smart opportunities for AI and automation.
• Support broader People & Culture initiatives, including employer branding campaigns, university events, and onboarding projects.

• Action-oriented operator who prioritizes execution over perfection and drives projects to completion without waiting for instructions.
• Natural relationship builder with sharp emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and zero hesitation about picking up the phone.
• Highly organized multi-tasker who can manage a high-volume candidate pipeline without letting a single detail slip.
• AI-native professional who fluently uses AI and automation tools to source smarter and write better outreach.
• Ambitious learner currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree, looking for rapid professional growth.
• Fluent English speaker who is comfortable working in a multinational environment (German language skills are a strong plus).
