At vent.io, we bridge agile startup structures with the backing of Deutsche Leasing, allowing us to make weekly investment decisions through a direct board-level committee. Your analytical precision will directly dictate which high-growth startups we back and how we scale our strategic portfolio.

What you'll do
You will own the end-to-end analytical foundation of our investment pipeline and portfolio management.
Candidate profile
Who this is a fit for
- Held a degree in business, finance, entrepreneurship, or tech-analytics from a top-tier university.
- Acquired at least 1 year of professional experience (or intensive working student roles) in VC, CVC, investment banking, or consulting.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of SaaS and AI business models and digital unit economics.
- Navigate financial modeling in Excel, presentation design in PowerPoint, and modern AI productivity tools with ease.
- Commits to professional fluency in both German and English for seamless ecosystem communication.
