Founders Associate Intern

As we scale our operations, our leadership team and Chief of Staff need an execution force multiplier to manage rapid growth across finance, expansion, and business operations. Without this role, critical strategic initiatives remain on the whiteboard; with you, we translate complex decisions into immediate, high-impact operational realities.

You will own the day-to-day execution of strategic projects across our business operations, translating high-level decisions into structured workflows.

• Build and maintain internal knowledge bases and operational hubs inside Notion.
• Develop analytical data models and tracking systems using Google Sheets and Excel to monitor core business metrics.
• Execute end-to-end operational projects across finance, growth funnels, and internal expansion.
• Design highly structured, clear presentation materials and updates using Google Slides.
• Deploy AI-native workflows and daily AI tooling to automate manual tasks and accelerate team throughput.

• Analytical thinker with a strong background in Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
• AI-native executor who naturally integrates advanced AI tools into daily work systems.
• Startup enthusiast with exposure to VC-backed environments and SaaS growth metrics.
• Action-biased operator who balances speed with high precision under pressure.
• Community-minded driver with a track record of side projects or student initiatives.
• Bilingual communicator fluent in English, with German language skills being a strong plus.
