Brand Designer (Freelance, 4-6 Week Sprint)

We are rapidly evolving our jobs and careers platform, and our visual identity needs to match where we are heading. Without this sprint, our new jobs website and the two custom AI agents powering our user experience will lack the cohesive, premium, and distinct visual personality required to stand out. We need someone to respect our existing brand equity while fearlessly sharpening it for our next chapter.

You will own the visual evolution of our brand identity and AI product touchpoints over a focused 4-6 week sprint.

• Audit our current logo, colors, typography, imagery, and UI patterns to establish what to keep, evolve, or cut.
• Translate our target brand vibe into concrete mood boards, reference points, and creative rationale.
• Refine the visual identity system specifically for our new jobs and careers website experience.
• Design distinct visual identities, characters/avatars, and styling for two AI agents (handling chat and voice interactions).
• Document the updated system into a lightweight, actionable one-pager or short guidelines deck.

• Berlin-based designer ready to collaborate 100% on-site with our engineers and designer.
• Portfolio showcasing deep brand thinking and the strategic 'why' behind your design choices.
• Proven experience refreshing existing brands rather than just building from scratch.
• Comfortable working within constraints to preserve brand equity while pushing boundaries.
• Thick-skinned and direct with a raw communication style that welcomes fast feedback.
