Responsibilities

What you'll do

End-to-end product development for a core PDF Expert product area across iOS, Mac, and Web.

  • Lead discovery and identify high-impact product opportunities based on user research and analytics.
  • Run a dedicated cross-functional squad of 5 engineers, a designer, and a product analyst.
  • Spearhead the strategy, prototyping, and shipping of next-generation AI-powered productivity features.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to optimize user funnels and engagement.
  • Align engineering, design, and analytics stakeholders to drive initiatives from raw idea to launch.

The first 90 days

What success looks like

  1. Month 1

    You will onboard with your squad, establish your relationship with the Head of Product, and dive deep into PDF Expert's existing mobile UX, user research, and data funnels.

  2. Month 2–3

    You will take full ownership of your squad's backlog, design your first core product experiments, and begin prototyping high-impact AI features or workflow enhancements.

  3. By end of Q1

    You will have successfully shipped your first major feature or experiment to our 30 million users, establishing a clear, data-backed roadmap for the next wave of AI-powered productivity tools.
